Right of withdrawal — 14 days

You can return any item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Just email us at info@sanzophotography.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Conditions

• Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, in the original packaging where possible. Prints must not be unframed/reframed, marked or damaged.
• Send the return within 14 days of telling us you want to withdraw.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for defective or wrongly delivered items. We recommend using tracked shipping — the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item (or proof of return shipment), we will refund the full price including standard delivery costs within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we will refund up to the cost of standard delivery.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us within a reasonable time at info@sanzophotography.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including all shipping costs. The 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish law applies to all products.

Exceptions

Personalised or commissioned works made to your specifications cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal (art. 103 of the Spanish Consumer Act), unless they are defective.
