We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we collect and why

• Orders: when you purchase from our shop we collect your name, billing/shipping address, email, phone number and order details. Legal basis: performance of a contract. Payment card data is processed directly by our payment provider (WooPayments / Stripe) and never stored on our servers.
• Account: if you create a customer account, we store your login email and order history. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Contact: if you write to us by email, we keep your message and address to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe to occasional updates, we store your email address until you unsubscribe. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
• Technical data: our hosting and cache keep short-term server logs (IP address, browser) for security. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

3. Who receives your data

We share data only with service providers needed to run the Site and fulfil orders: our hosting provider, payment processing (WooPayments / Stripe), shipping carriers (name and delivery address), and email services. Some providers may process data outside the EEA; in that case transfers are protected by an adequacy decision (e.g. EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. How long we keep your data

Order and invoicing data is kept for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact emails are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection by emailing info@sanzophotography.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).

6. Embedded content
